CitySquare fights poverty through many unique programs including Walk-In Case Management and Housing Programs. More than 600 housing units in Dallas are provided through our housing programs.
Housing & Neighbor Support Services
Walk-In Case Management is available to help individuals and families. Case Managers can help navigate the wide range of resources available for obtaining shelter and housing, managing crises, gaining identification papers, obtaining financial assistance, getting hygiene and clothing needs met, and more. Building 100 at the CitySquare Opportunity Center is the starting point for many individuals and families.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, we are taking limited walk-in appointments in Building 100.
Walk-In Case Management Hours
Open Monday - Friday, Closed Saturday & Sunday
Monday - Friday: 9 am - Noon
Tuesday - Friday: 1 pm - 4pm
CitySquare follows guidance from Dallas County Health & Human Services (DCHHS) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). We will update this page as our hours change or if we have further information. We remain focused on maintaining the health of our neighbors, staff, and volunteers.
