Vice President of Strategy

POSITION SUMMARY
The Vice President of Strategy is responsible for developing and implementing creative strategies to maximize impact, achieve desired outcomes, and ensure sustainability for CitySquare programs. The Vice President of Strategy will assist in identifying critical goals, measuring performance and implementing innovation across all CitySquare programs and operations. He/She will serve as a strategic advisor to the Executive Leadership Team as together we create an environment of collaborative and creative excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree in nonprofit administration, finance, or similar background is preferred.
Experience: 5 years of nonprofit management experience with program and finance, operations, strategy oversight preferred.
Additional Requirements: Able to communicate with different audiences, including Executive leadership and the Board of Directors, project management and grant writing experience. Strong research, analytical and organizational skills.
