The Safety & Security Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for Visitors, Volunteers, and Staff in matters regarding safety and security at CitySquare. The position is highly focused on customer service needs; providing a welcoming, safe and secure environment. The person in this position will conduct themselves with the utmost integrity in all their dealings and will use the authority inherent in the role for the equal protection of all.
Education: High school diploma
Experience: 5 years of experience in field; previous work with people experiencing homelessness preferred
Licensure/Certification: OSHA 10 within 1st year
Additional Requirements: Trained in Crisis Intervention techniques; Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred
