Program Manager of the A Way Home Program

Position Summary
The A Way Home program is Landlord Subsidized Leasing Program (LSLP) designed to rapidly house homeless individuals and families into moderate or high opportunity areas. A Way Home will provide linkages to employment and other supportive services in order to end clients’ homelessness as well as develop self-sufficiency skills. The Program Manager will provide oversite of supportive and case management services and provide supervision to the Case Manager, Housing Specialist, interns, and AmeriCorps member who, provide field-based services to homeless individuals who are enrolled in our A Way Home Program. The Program Manager is responsible for City of Dallas LSLP grant reports, grant compliance, staffing, audits, as well as meeting HMIS data standards, ETO training and outcomes reporting. The Program Manager will work closely with the collaborating partner agency to ensure all outcomes are being met. The Program Manager will serve as a liaison with local non-profit agencies, charities, and government programs.


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related degree. Master’s in Social Work preferred.
  • Experience: Two-Five (2-5+) years of experience in case management. Management experience preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification: LMSW preferred
  • Additional Requirements: The position requires knowledge of and experience in mental health, addictive disorders, benefits eligibility and community resources. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Ability to work occasional flexible hours as requested. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
