A Message from Mandy Shreve
CitySquare Interim CEO

At the end of last year, I was asked to take on the interim CEO role at CitySquare while our CEO search is underway. My experience as Chief Administrative Officer the last four years, combined with my personal faith and my time working for the city and the Dallas Police Department, has been a gift in preparing me for this interim role.

It is both humbling and exhilarating to lead CitySquare. There’s nothing quite like shadowing our street outreach team and watching them befriend our most vulnerable neighbors... hearing that a neighbor used ingredients from the food pantry to make tamales and sell them so she could earn money to pay her family’s bills... or seeing a neighbor get their diabetes under control because we helped them find and stay connected to a physician.

Thanks to your support, CitySquare impacted the lives of more than 69,000 women, men, and children last year.

As inflation impacts the cost of groceries, gas and rent, the number of people needing help increases. Our numbers in 2022 were the highest they’ve been in 3 years.

We need your help.

Would you consider making a gift to CitySquare today and helping us to continue serving our neighbors during this challenging economy?

If you have any questions about our work or the impact of your investment, please contact me or our Director of Development, Sandra Ostad, at sostad@citysquare.org.

For our city,
