Dallas ranks third nationally for Fortune 500 corporate headquarters. Yet Dallas also ranks third nationally for childhood poverty. One in three children, more than 100,000 kids, grow up in poverty in our city. Dallas truly is two cities. One of immense prosperity, and one of immense poverty.
CitySquare spends time in both Dallas cities, and we have discovered all people in Dallas need the same things:
- Healthy food
- High-quality affordable housing
- Good living-wage jobs
- Affordable healthcare
For 31 years, CitySquare has led the fight on poverty in our city, and with your generous support, we will continue. Our poverty fighting solutions serve more than 15,000 neighbors each year. These neighbors’ stories bring us all hope. Neighbors such as Tiffani – please watch her video to learn about the hope she rediscovered.

CitySquare is the solution to two cities, and now, more than ever, we need you to join us in uniting Dallas. Please get involved by donating or consider becoming a volunteer. We are grateful you choose to be a partner in fighting poverty in our city.
Two Cities, One Solution. CitySquare.
