POSITION SUMMARY
The CitySquare Arts Community Outreach and Partnership Coordinator provides support for and cultivates an inclusive partnership with the South Dallas/Dallas community, residents, and neighbors regarding the planning, programs, restoration, and operations of the historic Forest Theater. They will Expand and manage internal and external partnerships to support initiative and restoration of Theater. She/he will also recruit and manage volunteers, volunteer activities, community meetings, tours, etc. Supervise and coordinate any AmeriCorps members, federal work-study students and AARP volunteers.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Associates preferred. Concentration in urban or community planning, social work, public administration preferred. Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills required.
Experience: Experience in program administration, public and community outreach, neighborhood development, event planning, enforcement administration, and supervisory and administrative experience.
Additional Requirements: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, Project and Outlook. Ability to multi task in a fast-moving environment and to work independently is extremely important. Occasional over-time and flexible hours may be required. Access to reliable transportation.
