CityWalk Site Coordinator

The Citywalk Site Coordinator is responsible for answering and appropriately routing all incoming calls, notating and disseminating messages, greeting and assisting all visitors, processing incoming and outgoing mail, in addition to other administrative responsibilities. As needed or in the absence of a CITYSQUARE Case Manager, he/she will provide referrals to visitors, detailed information regarding CITYSQUARE.

Education: High school diploma or GED.
Experience: Two (2) years of experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role preferred.
Additional Requirements: Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred. Proficient in using a multi-line phone system. Must have excellent computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office 2010. Ability to work occasional flexible hours as requested.
