The Child Nutrition Program Manager is responsible for the management and oversight of all feeding programs including Child and Adult Care Food Programs (CACFP) and Summer Food Service Programs (SFSP). They will manage the program operation including training, supervising, and monitoring site supervisors; administration including reviewing, managing, and maintaining program documentation; and financial performance by effective oversight of meal tracking, order/vendor management, and reimbursement process. They will work proactively to develop and maintain relationships with site staff/management to retain existing sites and expand the program to meet objectives. They will ensure CitySquare complies with all government and other contracts and continues to be good stewards of funds designated to the programs.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: At least 2 years of management experience required. CACFP and/or SFSP experience preferred.
- Additional Requirements: Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred. Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Be willing to work a flexible schedule as occasionally there is work performed (from home) either late evening or early morning.
