POSITION SUMMARY
The Business Operations Manager will oversee contract management, purchasing and policies and procedures for CitySquare and CitySquare Housing. The Business Operations Manager will manage vendor relations, analyze expenditures to find opportunities for economies of scale. This Business Operations Manager will manage the risk associated with all contracts and support the finance department to streamline invoicing processes with vendors. In addition, the Business Operations Manager will have oversight of managing the technology contract and front desk support for CitySquare. This position will assist in writing request for proposals and ensuring CitySquare receives the most advantageous pricing and services. In addition, this position will support new technology implementation, and assist with analyzing functionality of current software systems.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelors or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience: 3 to 5 years’ experience in purchasing and contract management
Additional Requirements: Strong collaborative, change management and analytical skills. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively handle multiple projects. Ability to develop effective business relationships and build consensus. Excellent writing and communication skills. Demonstrated competency with Microsoft
