Position Summary
The Assistant Director for the Transition Resource Action Center (TRAC) is responsible for program implementation and coordination of the continuum of clinical services of TRAC, including intake, assessment, referral, person-centered planning, case management and skill building. This position collaborates with stakeholders of this North Texas collaborative composed of numerous community providers and state and private agencies to manage a comprehensive case planning approach: maintaining a high degree of external contact with community resources. He/She works in partnership with the Director of Youth Housing and TRAC Senior Director and serves as the back-up Director as needed.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Five (5) years’ experience in non-profit management; five (5) years’ experience in strategic planning, project or grant management, and/or organizational development.
  • Licensure/Certification: LMSW, LCSW, LPC preferred. Additional licensure to supervise clinical interns preferred.
  • Additional Requirements: Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Ability to work occasional flexible hours or travel as requested.
