Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for welcoming and assisting all visitors, answering the telephones, documenting incoming and outgoing deliveries and mail, maintaining a calendar of meetings and events,, among other responsibilities.  He/she will serve as administrative support to the Program Director and Contracts Manager, entering detailed, sensitive client and contract information into TRAC’s data management system.  He/she will organize and maintain the central supply room, the staff bulletin board, and other common areas.  The Administrative Assistant is the liaison for building maintenance and cleaning services.

Education:  High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
Experience:  Two (2) years of experience in a related role preferred.
Additional Requirements: Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred. Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Ability to work occasional over-time and flexible hours as requested.
