The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Director of the Arts Opportunity Center. He/she will oversee day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, internal and external correspondence, reporting, and filing.
Education: Associates Degree or experience equivalent preferred. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: Three (3) years of administrative experience or experience in a business setting, non-profit setting preferred.
Additional Requirements: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, Project and Outlook. Ability to multi task in a fast-moving environment and to work independently is extremely important. Occasional over-time and flexible hours may be required.
