CitySquare’s First Purses vs Poverty
|Date: May 19, 2017|
Last night, on a style-powered philanthropic mission, US Trust and the women of Dallas came out in style and in force to invest in our neighbors’ future. They gathered at The Joule hotel in downtown Dallas for CitySquare’s very first Purses vs Poverty.
During the exclusive evening of cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and bingo, guests raised money for CitySquare by purchasing tickets and bingo cards for ten rounds, with each round’s winner receiving a designer handbag.
Chuck Steelman of Neiman Marcus emceed the event and, among the more than 100 attendees, guest Natalie Jaroski won two rounds and took home two handbags.
CitySquare is proud to have the women of Dallas as partners in the fight against poverty. Plans are already being drawn for the next Purses vs. Poverty, to be held in 2018.
