WorkPaths equips workers with skills and knowledge to attain careers, retain employment, and provide employers with ready to work talent. WorkPaths offers unemployed/underemployed adults intensive pre-employment training programs designed to increase functional skill levels—enhancing employability and/or enabling participants to continue with additional training or education toward a living-wage job. WorkPaths employer advocates assist program graduates with job placement and address any barriers to employment then stay in contact with the workers and employers to monitor progress and success.

This is the soft skills portion of all of our job training programs. Students learn the ins and outs of applying for a job, being a good employee, and keeping the job they’ve secured.

Hospitality Program
CitySquare’s Hospitality Program provides hospitality training, as well as job creation. By incorporating classroom instruction, industry certifications, hands-on learning, and on-the-job training, participants in this program gain access to careers in the thriving hospitality market. A market that offers an ever-expanding opportunity to work in the hotel industry, convention services, restaurants, and within entertainment venues.
Certifications include ServSafe and TABC.
Financial Empowerment
This component of our job training programs teaches financial strategies for saving, budgeting, and becoming more informed and educated about how to spend wisely to attain financial freedom and break the cycle of poverty.

Build4Success (B4S) is a free 10-11 week construction worker training program for men and women. Training topics are HVAC, electrical, forklift, and how to get and keep a job. Graduates will receive industry standard certifications. B4S is made possible by partnering with OAI, Inc. Certifications include OSHA 10 and CPR.
