Would you like to check your email remotely?
All you need is your CitySquare email address and your email password! Visit http://mail.office365.com
iwerk Help Desk Instructions:

Go to https://help.iwerktx.com

Click the green “Open a new ticket” button

Enter your email address and Full name (make sure spelling is correct!)

Enter a phone number (phone number is optional but preferred)

Enter an issue summary (abbreviated description of problem)

Enter the issue details (detailed description of problem and any other description or contact details that may be important).

Click Submit
-
User will receive a confirmation page and an email that confirms receipt of their request and their unique ticket number. This number can be used to reference status or add details later.
