For the City
For the City
CitySquare has launched a new group specifically for up-and-coming community and business leaders! For the City Young Professionals Group will offer members an opportunity to network with one another and share experiences and knowledge that will benefit their growth as professionals and community leaders.
What is For the City?
For the City is a group of young professionals who will lead the community in fighting the root causes of poverty through advocacy, service and financial partnership. Members will also enjoy benefits of networking, professional growth and development training.
Mission
For the City YPG carries forward CitySquare’s mission of fighting the root cause if poverty in our community by uniting and mobilizing young professionals to “get in the fight” to end poverty, Now!
Vision
For the City provides the blueprint for connecting tomorrow’s CitySquare volunteer, donors, and leaders today.
“We are delighted to help create and foster this new group,” said Shawn Wills, CitySquare’s Chief Development Officer. “It’s great to see a younger generation of leaders emerging here and taking the initiative to engage with one another to strengthen their networks and ties to our community. They will be a great asset to CitySquare, without a doubt.”
